- Active knowledge of English, written and spoken

- Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, or related faculty degree
- Experience working with SIEM, PKI and/or SWG solutions
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems

- General IT security certificates (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CompTIA, GSEC, etc.)

- Designing, installing, implementing, testing, writing documentation, and maintaining network protection solutions (Firewall, UTM, WAF, Email / Web Security, VPN, DDoS, Sandbox)
- Management of implementation projects
- Creating and maintaining network security policies
- Supporting engineering and sales teams in all phases of the project (presales, execution, and maintenance)
- Providing technical support to customers
- Consulting
- Monitoring the quality of delivered goods/services and customer satisfaction

- Higher education in technical fields
- 2+ years of work experience in similar jobs (implementation or administration)
- Good knowledge of network technologies and protocols
- Knowledge of network protection systems and technologies
- Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools
